¶ 1 Leave a comment on paragraph 1 0 I am motivated to return to exploring this important distinction, or so I believe – its importance. To most, what they initially comprehend of such distinctions is triviality and irrelevance. Their significance can only be comprehended by study with an open mind. This distinction has been percolating in nuet for many years. Actually, explorations of this distinction – in different forms – go back millennia.
¶ 2 Leave a comment on paragraph 2 0 Human Reality (HR) encompasses everything in so-called human consciousness/awareness and all sems and semfields. That is, all marks and scratches we may have, or will make, on Material Reality (MR).
¶ 3 Leave a comment on paragraph 3 0 In our theories of perception, in HR, we see/believe our marks on MR as representing objective reality, which I proposeis not “true”. Rather, there is an experience in HR which we interpret as the “direct perception” of the mark in MR. These “theories” are hard wired in our brains, and were useful and appropriate on tribal times (when sems were just emerging in cave drawings and patterns scratched on bones).
Elsewhere I propose that sems are unique to humans, and liberate information from all prior embeddment in matter/energy (MR) systems (e.g., DNA). Our semfields are superimposed on the Material World, and represent patterns of a type not seen in the rest of the universe. This “elevates” humankind to an “exceptionalism” once assumed by religions but deflated by the science of Galileo, Newton, and Darwin. What we do with this “gift”, intrinsically unprepared to use it, remains to be seen. Our Sci/Tech and artistic achievements are astounding, while we slide toward extinction. Why the emergence of humankind coincided with the emergence of semfields remains a mystery.
¶ 5 Leave a comment on paragraph 5 0 Today, HR dominates as all seen on screens and other surfaces or heard on radio, TV, or on computer. What we see in our room, or in the streets and forests we may walk, is also part of HR – but no longer the most relevant in determining our behavioral tracks in modern societies.
¶ 6 Leave a comment on paragraph 6 0 Indeed, much of what we now experience in this “off-screen, real world” is highly influenced by what we experience on screen. That the “off-screen, real world” is HR, and not MR, is realized by noting that every figure of perceived attention has a name (or could be named). These names don’t exist in MR. The “physical systems” we perceive in MR don’t have names (book, tree, Johnny, cloud, computer, etc.). In our theories of MR, all entities are composed of space-time organizations of atoms and molecules in motion (or other levels of MR).
¶ 7 Leave a comment on paragraph 7 0 Some of contemporary science does “observe and report” on details of MR. Scientists, in their “labs”, have perceptual experiences stimulated by events in MR. [As for us all, scientists actually only experience patterns in their own brains.] Nevertheless, scientists write reports, including data from measurements, creating sems for HR consumption: Scientific Literature. The average person interested in science usually encounters “stories” in HR language using “terms” from the scientific reports.
¶ 8 Leave a comment on paragraph 8 0 EVIDENCE DOESN’T EXIST IN HR. This causes us great difficulty. Evidence is limited to MR research. Repeated encounters with the same MR system, resulting in different HR reports, that agree – is what is meant by “evidence” in science.
¶ 9 Leave a comment on paragraph 9 0 TRUTH DOESN’T EXIST IN HR. Any reports (sems) presented as “evidence” for “truth” have assumptions and contexts, to be found in other reports, and then other reports. There will be no final report that will be decisive. Yet, we argue endlessly.
There are ways to pragmatically engineer human collective interactions engaging and composing semfields, to result in a decision for BEST ACTION. This is not based on “truth” and the decision was not based on “evidence”.
¶ 11 Leave a comment on paragraph 11 0 Today, Trump supporters can’t accept the sems reporting deep investigations because they lack the evidence proof, in their naive take on MR misapplied. They invent other reports that claim (without evidence) that the intelligence reports were rigged. Meanwhile Deep State stations, MSNBC & CNN, fail to bring up additional reports of Russian hacking of elections in other nations. Nor will they tell of USA hacking of Ukraine elections that forced the hand of Russia to block control by the victors of the rigged election to occupy major regions of Ukraine. Russia couldn’t permit a Ukraine that would become a member of NATO.
This brings up another aspect. THERE ARE NO CAUSES IN HR (discussed elsewhere). FACTS are claims in HR, and are not equivalent to scientific laws in MR.
¶ 13 Leave a comment on paragraph 13 0 Today we face major crises, all made intractable by a confusion between HR and MR, a distinction foreign to almost everyone. We are “programmed” to view all experience as objective (out-there, real world), even after experiencing illusions. “Hallucinations” are defined as inner experiences believed to be objective, to distinguish them from imaginary visions, believed to be subjective.
¶ 14 Leave a comment on paragraph 14 0 Conflicts (at all levels) are the norm, and increasing. With the help of new hi/tech media, persons aggregate in cult silos that share the same narrow semfield as objective reality. Normal communication means are inadequate for resolving this crisis.
¶ 15 Leave a comment on paragraph 15 0 This HR vs MR crisis isn’t new. It was at the core of all conflicts during millennia of so-called “civilization”. I have recently wondered about the why of “civil” in civilization. Order was maintained in civilization because it required persons (of power) to be “civil” (Trump/Putin). Being “civil” was also expected of everyone, to “keep the peace”. Being “civil” requires some level of management of the HR/MR distinction.
¶ 16 Leave a comment on paragraph 16 0 Today, the peace is kept because different populations are trapped in their cult silos and are isolated from direct contact. They each have their own MSM. Lou Dobbs on FOX is the mirror image of Anderson Cooper on CNN. Watch them back to back and experience two radically distinct realities. I will on viewing favor CNN, but deep down I detect the Deep State preparation of continuing threats to Russia, who has been quite effective in their defense. I don’t take sides. This conflict is well over a century long, with the USA the primary aggressor and master propagandist in their cover-ups.
¶ 17 Leave a comment on paragraph 17 0 I speculate the the overall crisis has been made worse, and possibly critically so, by the increasingly complex reality being faced by all healthy human persons. These persons have severe biological limitations for working well with such complexity – resulting in various forms of mental/behavioral dysfunction. WE ARE ALL CRAZY. And, we all experience this, locked in our tiny inner wrlds, believing it to be a threatening objective world. Meanwhile, the Material Reality of Earth Changes is very objectively (MR) threatening.
¶ 18 Leave a comment on paragraph 18 0 My very personal sense of the “whole real world” is that our Crises-of-Crises will be resolved only via UPLIFT and Up2Met. However, that we can have a chance at that, in my opinion, requires that most movements for change seriously take into account my HR/MR distinction, in their planning.
