Leave a comment on paragraph 1 0 I highly recommend you explore two radically contrasting realities, both in sharp contrast with MSNBC and CNN: Lou Dobbs Tonight and RT (Russia Today).  A must for short, but periodic viewing.

Leave a comment on paragraph 2 0 To actually experience what committed Trump supporters experience themselves – I highly recommend occasional viewing the the TV news program, LOU DOBBS TONIGHT,  on Fox.  You can view many episodes them from the url, on your computer.   NOTE: Dobbs was fired from CNN in Nov 2009.

Leave a comment on paragraph 3 0 Dobbs attempts a rational/coherent presentation of the same phenomena you witness being reported from your own news sources, but from a context far, far different from your context. The very same video sequences of Trump, which some view in “horror” on MSNBC or CNN, Dobbs praises. There are “credible experts” interviewed who express positions of “truth” radically different from those expressed on MSNBC and CNN.

Leave a comment on paragraph 4 0 I am far from saying that MSNBC or CNN present “the truth”. Viewing Dobbs is a requisite contrast of realities – which ARE REAL for all viewers who go there for accurate news. Dobbs is more concentrated than FOX, in general, and further “right”.

Leave a comment on paragraph 5 0 Another useful contrast is RT, Russia Today.  RT American  and   RT International , episodes available on computer. Both MSNBC and FOX label RT as “Russian propaganda”.  COX cable doesn’t carry RT, but Direct TV cable did – at least a year ago. Censorship?

Leave a comment on paragraph 6 0 However, many of the video reports on RT are from progressive American reporters (Larry King & Thom Hartmann) , and are there because they are critical of USA policies. Since Trump ran and was elected, RT also has (heavily biased – in my opinion) reports strongly critical of USA opposition to Trump. RT has interviews with Trump surrogates and includes spots from Anderson Cooper of CNN, selected to make RT’s case.  RT selections are critical of the Democratic perspective, but no more than MSNBC is critical of the GOP perspective.

Leave a comment on paragraph 7 0 Recently there are some reports on RT that question Trump.  RT (Russian perspective of news) has a wide variety of programs and topics, and compares well with CNN (American perspective of news).

Leave a comment on paragraph 8 0 My thinking, after viewing these and other, different perspective of The News, is that there IS NO OBJECTIVE PERSPECTIVE of happenings today.  This becomes more comprehensible when we realize that ALL WE HAVE ARE REPORTS CREATED BY HUMANS, to inform us of happenings beyond our visual horizon. And, we are known to differ even on interpretations of phenomena jointly viewed within a shared visual horizon, where we can gesture and dialog on a common scene. Most of what is “reported” are not happenings capable of observation, but interpretations of patterns between other reports – about hypothetical phenomena believed to be real and observable. Our “constructed” realities of local2global humankind are warped by our many outmoded attributes inherited from early tribal times, but highly troublesome in these Crisis-of-Crises challenges.

Leave a comment on paragraph 9 0 Maybe we must begin treating “world events” with the same care and logic as physics was forced to do when researching the not-directly observable (quantum worlds). All the gret variety of expressed interpretations of reality are, in a sense, “real” – in that it is these inner, personal “wrlds” that determine choice and behavior, not what might be “really out there”. This applies to each of our own personal “wrlds”.

Leave a comment on paragraph 10 0 This thread shifts to a comparison of quantum worlds and the societal worlds of humankind, both unobservable in the sense that we perceive our local settings.
