EXAMPLE: Lone Mass Shooter: Evil or Insane

Leave a comment on paragraph 1 0 CNN and MSNBC push the “simple truth” that shooter’s motive was “HATE”, which has gained Trump’s support for “unity”.

Leave a comment on paragraph 2 0 Hating other persons, members of a hated population, in this case, Jews. Killing 11 elderly Jews as they worshiped.

Leave a comment on paragraph 3 0 Anyone to kill in this way must be “insane”. This is far from “normal” antisemitism, although this is not being mentioned in the MSM (that I have viewed).

Leave a comment on paragraph 4 0 All violence in the “cause of hate” has an element of “normal insanity”, a “human weakness”. I know person’s who readily use “hate” to label their feelings for car drivers whose behavior offends them; but they don’t threaten them with violence. Road Rage, however, can be very real.  Might a “violent act of road rage” be the act of a “mentally disturbed” person?

Leave a comment on paragraph 5 0 Can a “mentally disturbed” person adopt a pathological hatred for “Jews” because of the media he engages? Yes.

Leave a comment on paragraph 6 0 Society should act to identify such persons, with pathological hatred and insure they can’t act-out their pathology (which should be treated). Contemporary societies can’t do this, and to attempt so has its own dangers.

Leave a comment on paragraph 7 0 Thus, the simplification in the MSM to highlight “hate” over “madness”, in this incident, might be “dangerous”. Actually, there is a considerable amplification of “hate”, indirectly by the high focus on the victims.

Leave a comment on paragraph 8 0 For the MSM and Trump/GOP, this incident was a welcome reprieve from the 14 bombs. US intelligence knows now that the bombs couldn’t have exploded and that the explosive was probably weak pyrotechnic. Why is this info being held back?

Leave a comment on paragraph 9 0 Could the shooter and the bomber have been “brainwashed” to act as they did, on “command”? The technology exists.

Leave a comment on paragraph 10 0 In these times of the GOP coup and Trump, such “conspiracy speculation” is appropriate, even necessary. To speculate means to “keep an open mind” for a range of possibilities; and not jump to the “theory” of NO CONSPIRACY.

Leave a comment on paragraph 11 0 Speculation: The bombs were a message to their targets that the next one will be real, if they don’t act in prescribed ways: let congress remain “red”.
