FABIO’S  QUOTE

1 Leave a comment on paragraph 1 0 Uplifting humanity faces inherent opposition. Inner opposition to change habits (the most difficult), to change values, change convictions. Outer opposition even in family, friends circles, workplace, neighbourhood, city, nation, world. But also in forms of a prevalent alternate “mind” using everything at disposal (manipulating public opinion and values, manipulating though emotions like fear, guilt, affection, anxiety, participation, pleasure, joy, trust, love,…).

NUET:

3 Leave a comment on paragraph 3 0 FABIO, YOU “MAKE MY CASE“:
HUMANKIND CAN’T BE FIXED.

4 Leave a comment on paragraph 4 0 Some systems become so dysfunction they can’t be fixed. The “case” can be made that contemporary humankind can’t be transFORMed into a viable, sustainable, peaceful, creative HUMANITY, even though the potential exists within the mind/brains of the population and their semfields (text & video archives, accessible).

5 Leave a comment on paragraph 5 0 An unspeakable truth: all humans are mis-informed, under-formed, propagandized, “dumb and stupid”. Polls and votes are ridiculous, in the sense that they are to be used for future planning FOR THE PEOPLE. We activists are seriously warped by living in this humankind.

6 Leave a comment on paragraph 6 0 “UPLIFT” OCCURS OUTSIDE HUMANKIND

7 Leave a comment on paragraph 7 0 Your quote above about “uplifting humanity” informs me you don’t yet comprehend my conceptual schemes labeled: UPLIFT, OLLO, SEAF, Up2Met. You are not alone. For reasons yet unknown, no one on this list has shown evidence of comprehension of the “big scenario” I propose.

8 Leave a comment on paragraph 8 0 The uplift community I propose is radically different from the many intentional communities you mention, which all ossify.

9 Leave a comment on paragraph 9 0 UPLIFT applies the best scientific knowledge we have to design a dynamic strategy to accomplish its objective: Up2Met (initial draft). Exponential growth in membership/participation is secure, using the CHAIN GROWTH RECRUITMENT PROCESS {yet to be proven, but never attempted).

10 Leave a comment on paragraph 10 0 Liberated from all need or obligation to fix humankind’s societal systems energizes engagement in UPLIFT. And, UPLIFT proposes the fastest route to uplift the global population of humans from poverty and oppression.

11 Leave a comment on paragraph 11 0 Up2Met is not a top-down strategy, nor a grassroots process.

12 Leave a comment on paragraph 12 0 The social/societal systems that emerge will be experimental.

13 Leave a comment on paragraph 13 0 Fixation to ideologies will be identified and treated. UPLIFT is much more than “education”, but it elevates the continuing improvement of persons over the successes of any economic system, theory, or ideology.

14 Leave a comment on paragraph 14 0 UPLIFT will succeed because it will be designed to engage the [inventive ingenuity and cooperative (tribal) competencies within each human (diverse)] with the many challenges encountered.

15 Leave a comment on paragraph 15 0 Sick humankind will usually ignore UPLIFT, because it won;t be challenged. This Great Day is my first draft narrative of UPLIFT.

16 Leave a comment on paragraph 16 0 ENOUGH, for now

18 Leave a comment on paragraph 18 0 Possibly my response to this list might upset a few. Also because in an attempt to be short and concise I’ll sacrifice language.
I see most projects tackling “the crisis of crisis” apparently failing because the forces working against them don’t want anything to change. Most are actual successes though, just the “assessment” scale isn’t appropriate.

19 Leave a comment on paragraph 19 0 Many proposals circle around some consciousness shift or collective awakening of sorts. I struggle to reconcile this with my observations. I can see that there are very strong forces actively opposing any direction “we” may take. Most of these forces are also in power and steer the macro-developments of humanity.

20 Leave a comment on paragraph 20 0 Without even acknowledging these forces “we” may continue to face frustations for little progress, burn-out, disconnection.
There are plenty of success stories for successful groups. With different contexts. Physical proximity like in indigenous groups. Shared clear goals like in creating linux or other open source software. Work on a community garden. Address calamities like in a Quebec ice storm. Shared *clear* and *defined* goals – and maybe with no *inherent* opposition?

21 Leave a comment on paragraph 21 0 Uplifting humanity faces inherent opposition.

22 Leave a comment on paragraph 22 0 Addressing “the crisis of crisis” is huuuge and isn’t concrete enough for me to succeed in the way I assume the participants in this list to want. And it faces strong counterforces. Working on work which can actually be shared is what makes groups succeed.

23 Leave a comment on paragraph 23 0 In this sense this list is successful, we are still here, we are exchanging valuable thinking, we connect. Maybe its “work” is sharing thoughts. What is “uplifting humanity”‘s shared work?

24 Leave a comment on paragraph 24 0 Nuet lays out foundation, great “noosphere” stuff (like many here do add).

25 Leave a comment on paragraph 25 0 Want to stop here. Just wanted to add to all your valuable contributions.
Best wishes
